At Perfect Stranger, we want you to love your new style, but if something isn't quite right, we offer flexible returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided by the portal.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized postage carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
